WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

After last year’s runaway, sold-out success, Footlight Players’ newest signature event—A WINE FOR ALL SEASONS—is back for another year of unforgettable, boozy fun!

🍷 Join us on February 27th for our fun, funky, and fully interactive wine-tasting fundraiser and Season 95 Reveal Party! This enhanced tasting event sold out in its debut year, and this year promises to be even bigger, bolder, and more delicious. Guests will be the first to discover our upcoming MainStage season—each show paired with a specially selected wine. Learn about it all, including our private pre-event VIP wine tasting below.

🍾 HOW IT WORKS

  • You’ll be welcomed with a chilled glass of sparkling Cava and a map of our Theatre Wine Trail.

  • Travel to five themed wine stations placed throughout our historic theatre.

  • Each station features a curated wine tasting, catered light bites, and two Footlight company actors dropping playful clues (…for a small “tip”).

  • Each wine hints at one of next year’s Season 95 productions!

You’ll also receive a quiz card to track your guesses. Get all five shows correct and you’ll be entered into a drawing for exciting prizes—then enjoy a live performance and the official Season 95 lineup announcement.

Event Tickets: $85 for subscribers // $100 for guests

VIP Event: A Journey to Bordeaux
Limited to just 20 guests

Join us for an exclusive VIP wine and chocolate tasting at a private location near the Queen Street Playhouse. Hosted by wine expert Chris Handal, this intimate experience is designed for true wine lovers looking to explore the elegance of Bordeaux.

Our A Journey to Bordeaux VIP Tasting features four exceptional wines from the 2014 vintage, including:

  • Château Pape Clément – Pessac-Léognan

  • Château Giscours – Margaux

  • Château Pavie Decesse – Saint-Émilion

  • Plus one wine from Côtes de Castillon

Each wine will be paired with handmade chocolates, carefully curated to complement and enhance every tasting.

As an added bonus, one lucky guest will win a 1998 Barolo 🍷
