The fun begins at the historic Queen Street Playhouse, home of Footlight Players, and spills into the surrounding French Quarter, where nearby art galleries become part of the celebration!
Participating galleries include Revealed Gallery, Anglin Smith Fine Art and Duckworth Gallery
This isn't your ordinary wine tasting event
Throughout the evening, you'll sip and stroll between the theatre and participating art galleries, discovering specially designed wine stations that offer a sneak peek at the shows coming to our stage next season. Each station features creative décor, delicious bites, and carefully selected wines inspired by a different production in our upcoming lineup. Can you guess the shows before we reveal them? You’ll have your chance with our helpful clue stations and season score cards!
Back at the Queen Street Playhouse, the party continues with live entertainment, onstage karaoke throughout the evening, interactive prize stations where you can win exciting prizes on the spot, and plenty of unexpected fun!
And of course, you'll be among the very first to discover Footlight Players' Season 96 lineup!
MAKE IT A VIP NIGHT!
For an extra-special experience, join us for an exclusive VIP wine tasting hosted in a beautiful private home just steps from the theatre. The limited attendance event will include tastings of carefully selected, rare vintage wines, chocolate pairings courtesy of Christophe Artisan Chocolatier & Patisserie and live musical entertainment.
It's a wonderful way to kick off an unforgettable evening!
