PRODUCTION MANAGER

Position: Full-time salaried position

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Footlight is in search of a full time Production Stage Manager to oversee all technical arrangements and stage management responsibilities for the theatre.

Duties include overseeing and coordinating all production elements of the theatre's season of shows, organize and manage all facility rentals, schedule call times for rehearsals, technical rehearsals, performances, organize all production meetings and auditions, and oversee and train contract stage managers, among other technical duties as decided upon theatre management.

Willingness to continually improve and develop processes and systems with the Stage Management team and other departments to manage issues that may arise during performances. Must have considerable experience as a production manager or stage manager, Strong organizational and time management skills, a working knowledge of QLab and strong experience in light and sound engineering and equipment is essential.
